Kate Crowley

Kate Crowley has 25 years of experience working with operating businesses to evaluate and fund strategic investments and expansions. These efforts include the evaluation of creative financial solutions that are highly impactful to project feasibility within the middle market. Her clients have benefited from complex capital stacks that include favorable financing programs, Tax Incremental Financing, New Markets Tax Credits, Property Assessed Clean Energy, and other state and local government assistance programs.

Kate was most recently a Principal with both Baker Tilly Capital and Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors where she founded and led the firm’s Negotiated Incentives practice for over 15 years.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
