Joe possesses a proven record of success in the packaging industry, particularly in food manufacturing and consumer packaged goods. He leverages his sourcing expertise to help clients and prospective clients identify innovative packaging solutions that streamline production processes, reduce material costs, and enhance sustainability, driving operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Most recently, Joe was Senior Procurement Manager at fairlife, LLC, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, where he was solely responsible for overseeing the strategic sourcing efforts associated with their entire Packaging spend. He is most proud of his work around building a resilient and cost-competitive supply base throughout the pandemic for a brand with a portfolio of products that saw its revenue grow 4X over that same period.  Prior to that at  Beam Suntory, Joe led and supported the North American Procurement for all products under Beam’s portfolio. He focused on closures and led projects related to cost reduction, sustainability, and employee safety.  His career began with Grecian Delight Food in several packaging-focused roles where he reduced production time by analyzing workflow bottlenecks, implementing streamlined procedures, and improving packaging.

Joe holds a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Illinois State University and is pursuing his MBA in Strategy and Management from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
