He has a proven record of driving financial performance, building value-enhancing warehousing networks, and leveraging advanced logistics management to deliver measurable results. His expertise extends across manufacturing and technology, with deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and corporate development.
Mitch is a Partner and Managing Director at The Seismic Group, where he oversees the firm’s Logistics and Warehousing Practices, helping clients design and execute transformative strategies that drive efficiency, resilience, and long-term value creation. He is also an Investor and Board Member of Supply Tigers, a world-class, AI-backed procurement platform that helps food companies reduce indirect spend through its proprietary Active GPO® and Marketplace-as-a-Solution® models.
Earlier in his career, Mitch held senior leadership positions including CFO & COO of Red Gold, where he spearheaded the acquisition of its largest competitor—an achievement that doubled EBITDA. He was also Principal and Founding Member of BrightPath Capital, a private equity firm, and CEO of CDC Logistics, a food redistribution business that he scaled from $100M to more than $500M in revenue before successfully selling to Lineage Logistics.
In addition to his operating leadership, Mitch has advised organizations as a management consultant, focusing on strategic innovation, enterprise improvement, revenue growth, cost efficiencies, margin expansion, and operational excellence. His experience also includes transaction services and interim management for companies navigating complex transformations.
